I am Christine Riley, most people call me by my middle name, "Renee". When you see me sign my name I usually use my whole name because of this.
I have two beautiful children, who appear a lot on this site. They are great models and a lot of fun to experiment with when taking pictures. I am also married to a great man, Matt. He is very supportive and often helps on my weekend sessions.
I have been in business since 2003. I love taking photos and turning them into great portraits that are cherished. In 2007 my daughter was born, which was a little surprise to us. She took me away for a while from doing what I love, but now I am ready to get back to where I was before she was born. I hope that you like what I have changed and will take full advantage of it.
I capture the essence of your family in each portrait. It may be a family, newborn, baby, sibling or children's session. Each one of these types of sessions requires a style unique to your families personality. It is my desire to get acquainted with you before we have our session. I will also be giving you ideas on what may be best to bring to the session.
I love outdoor sessions when the weather cooperates with me. Outdoors sessions provide an opportunity to take advantage of what nature has. Parks, backyards, public gardens and nature centers are great places to make great portraits. Children love it outside. They often forget that we are taking pictures and relax for awesome poses. These portraits add a unique way of making them personal to the things your family is interested in.
A Studio setting is also great, especially when we can't get outside. I have some new ideas for poses and props. I have a New Home Studio in my home. This will allow for better Studio shots and better lighting. This will also allow for more available props. We can also do a Studio Session in your home. There is an additional charge for this, but it may be more suiting for your family. Your children sometimes are more relaxed at home. This can allow for an easier more productive portrait session.
