| I can do to make things better or ideas you may have please let me know. This letter will explain |
| how to place an order online. |

| You will notice some of your portraits have vignettes borders. They may be an oval or square shape, |
| and usually either black or white. You may add or remove this from any portrait at no charge. |
| You may also change the color to something different. |
| |
| You may see some of your portraits are black and white, sepia, or antique. This affect can be |
| added to or removed from any portrait. You can also have color accent added to any portrait. All |
| you need to do is let me know what you want accented. |

| When placing your order you may either call or send me an e-mail. Keep in mind if you are making |
| changes to your portraits you need to let me know, otherwise, I will print them as they appear online. |
| When ordering sizes 5x7 and 4x6 you can order different poses to fill up you sheet. All portraits |
| are printed individual and don't have to be the same. Let me know how many of each portrait you are |
| ordering, not the number of sheets. I will add them together to total the number of sheets. |

| The number I need is the one next to IMG. This may be different then the order your portraits appear |
| online. Below is any example of an order to help clarify. If you have any questions please feel free |
| to call. Your payment is due when your order is delivered. Please place orders within a week of |
| viewing your portraits. This helps keep things moving. |
