What is a Portrait Party?
A Portrait Party is a fun way to get beautiful portraits of your children, family and friends. There is NO CREATION FEE. The event takes place at your home or another place of your choice. As a host you will receive FREE portraits and discounts based on how much your party guest orders. Each Portrait Party guest will get a 15-20 minute scheduled session where 5-15 Final Proofs will be available to view later on-line.
What kind of Portrait Party will I be hosting?
There are all types of parties you may want to host. You decide what you want when we set up your party. You can choose from one of the following or pick your own.
*Indoor Session – Studio Type Portraits
Props will be available that are appropriate for each age group.
Digital Background will be added to the finished product.
*Outdoor Session – a park, your backyard, a public garden or nature center
*Holiday Theme – Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentines Day......etc.
*Family Reunion
*Birthday
*Glamour Party – provide stylist, make-up artists..etc. I take portraits.
*Sports Teams – team and individual portraits with game day portraits
*Mommy & Me/Daddy & Me
*Sibling/Cousin Portraits
*Newborn
*Play Groups
*Preschool Graduation

How does it work?
Invite 5-10 guests.
Fill in the Hostess Schedule sheet for those guests planning to attend.
Portrait Party Time!!! I take all the portraits.
View Portrait Party Gallery on-line. Usually posted within 5-7 days.
Host/Guest place order on-line to me.
I deliver all portraits to you.
Everyone receives Great Portraits and is Happy!!!!

Hostess Information:
You will need to find a suitable space for creating professional portraits. It may be a park, your yard or garden, well-lit bedroom, dinning room, office or basement. It is best if the session be held away from the party. This helps keep children from being distracted during their session.
You need to schedule a minimum of 5 guests to participate.
You can provide a little party of food or drinks for your guests. Make sure the food is not messy or colored. This will help when getting them ready for portraits.
Schedule your guests' portrait sessions 15 minutes apart using the form provided. Your guests are not required to stay for the duration of the party. It is a good idea to make sure that they arrive at least 10 min prior to their scheduled time to keep things moving.
Make sure that all guests fill out a Contact Sheet and get and Information Packet. The Contact Sheet allows me to notify them when the portraits are posted. The packet will provide the essential information on when the order is due, how to place an order and a price list.
I will provide invitations for you. You can mail them or hand them out personally. I will arrive 1 hour before the event to setup equipment and take your portraits.
You will be able to view your proofs a few days after of the Portrait Party. Orders are due 7 days after the proofs are posted online. All orders will be processed at the same time. NO LATE ORDERS will be accepted. After the orders has been processed I will get the orders to you.
